Jedi Female, vs. Sith Male

Just an idea for the request posted.

Not sure about the composition cause it doesn't show her face and I'm figuring that this is what you had wanted. I guess this is just an aspect of it - I can kind of see this as a part of a comic page...

may be something to try anyway.

Its a very good composition dramaticly speaking, and your scetch is fantastic i really like it

Although to me it seems like if the hand is suppose to be above the defeated ones head then the hand is to large it seems to be closer to here.

As i said thoough its still a great pic and regardless you should finnish it!

Wow,

I love it as always. Great stuff you've got going on here. I must agree the fore-shortened hand does seem too large to be over the defeated foe. Are we gonna get some lightsaber action? I'd love to see the defeated opponents lightsaber on the ground somewhere, but that's just me. Keep up the good work!

It's looking pretty good, though the male character looks rather feminine to me. He even looks almost like he has breasts. Also, he really doesn't have that sinister "evil" aspect. Might I suggest buffing him up a bit, making him more masculine, and more evil. Reversing the slant of his eyes would go a long way in that department. An upward slant at the outer corners—more almondine—will make him look more evil. The downward droop is too friendly. I also agree that the hand is a bit too large.

I was quite surprised to see that someone had done a WIP on my request. I have to agree with the comments about his eyes, and the hand. Ith'li has a very commanding presence to him due to the fact that he is quite a powerful Dark Sider. If you need more inspiration, or clarification on anything take a look here: http://swrpforum.proboards3.com/index.cgi?board=icposts&action=display&…

That's the scene I wrote to support the image. Other wise, it looks very good. The angle works, and while I would like to see her face a bit, all you got to do is get the expression right on Ith'li's face. Thanks for the work you have done, though. It does look really good.

Everyone else hit the points I saw. Other than that, this is a great pose you got. Can't wait to see it finished.

I enjoyed reading your writing, Murra. Then I got a little carried away and, after finishing the image, I ended up mocking up a comic page using some of your writing on it.

I'll post both the finished image and the comic page and you can see what you think...

The background is quite sketchy 'cause I didn't want it to interfere with the characters. Also, before reading your piece, I was gonna have him using force lightning. Ah well. Would have mucked up the light source anyways...

Cheers for a great request!
Let me know if anything needs changing and I'll post it in the gallery as finished!

P.S.
Thanks for the suggestions, guys. I've changed the hand and the eyes, but couldn't get the sabers in within the confines of the writing.

As a final bit of silliness I thought I'd post a sketch of Ith'li I drew while bored at work.

He looks like a rockstar (unfortunately), but for some reason he also looks more manly. Go figure...

Great job!

I am so very giddy right now. lol Ith'li and I had been playing our characters for over five years together, and this is the first time we will be able to see them in an image face to face. I thank you so very much for doing the image Mercy, you did a wonderful job. I like the comic book style that you used, it works very well!

Hehehe, I'll have to post this on our Star Wars forum so that Ith'li can see it, too. Maybe I'll even show him that "Rockstar" drawing you did of his character, too. :-D I know when I showed him the original sketch he was becoming very excited to see the finished product. It looks awesome, Mercy!

Amendment: I posted it on that Star Wars rp forum, and asked Ith'li to let me know if there is anything that needs to be changed. I'll relay any information to you, Mercy.

Thanks again!!!!!

Mercy

I'm so glad you like it!

Thanks for all the feedback and constructive criticism, all. I really do love this community and I can feel my work improving already!

Big Hugs!

Oh, the only question remaining is which one to post - the comic page or the other one...

Eclipse

Mercy,

I LOVE the comic work. Very very nice. If you're going to do it comic style I'd suggest you finish coloring all the panels before submitting it. Either way it'll be a great addition, but I'd suggest the non-comic version as it's more "SWAG"gy. But I'm not going to be a nazi about it.
