Lethan Twi'Lek with a unique headpiece. [aenid31]

Okay, since I've got no takers for my Ultimate Darksider Darius Malakai, here's a request for a unique Jedi Padawan I've recently created. It would really suite a Twi'Lek specialist.

Concept:-

When reading about Twi'Lek before creating the character, I read about their headpiece jewellry sometimes being used as a sort of 'muzzle' to prevent them from secretly conversing with other Twi'Lek - obviously if they were a 'slave' Twi'Lek, being fitted with this by their owner.

This got me to thinking about how that might work, and what the psychological effects might be. To complicate it even further I decided it would be interesting to explore the mindset of a Twi'Lek who 'chose' to be fitted with such a device.

Description:-

Ossu is a red skinned female Twi'Lek Jedi Padwan short'ish at around 5'1 slim, attractive. She wears pure white Jedi robes and wields a blue lightsabre. For complex reasons, she wears a piece of head jewellry which was designed to act as a 'muzzle' to prevent use of the Twi'Lek ability to communicate secretly with other Twi'Lek's through movement of the Lekku. This piece of Jewellry I will refer to as 'the device'

The Device:-

The device is golden, with three red jewels inset in the forehead part, above the eyes. It takes the form of a form-fitted helmet, which is permenantly attached to the head and impossible to remove. Part of the helmet forces the two Lekku forwards of the shoulders and downwards, preventing any movement at the part where the Lekku meet the head.

This leaves the two Lekku hanging forwards of the shoulders, and each Lekku is fitted with three impossible to remove rings, each with a single red jewel in them. The rings are all joined together and to the helmet by a chain, and they are chained to the opposite ring on the other Lekku, giving the effect of three golden necklaces across the chest, joining the Lekku by chains and greatly restricting any Lekku Movement.

It should be an attractive looking, device, a little 'ornate' but also a little 'cruel looking'
