Merry Christmas everyone!

Here in Sweden we celebrate x-mas on the 24th, My kids are running around as mad trying to sneak a peek at their presents and snatching bits of candy from all over the house. Myself im stuffed by way to much good food for lunch, but other than that all seems good.

On another note... I have problems with my photoshop cs3 (and illustrator cs3) installations. They crash as soon as the splash screen has loaded... I am running on a Vista ultimate x64 rig... and that could be part of the problem... but I think it might also be a virus that I was infected with (not me... the computer... duh!). I removed it with some online virus tool, I didnt notice at first, but it seems these progs seemed to stop working arount that time. The other programs in Adobe Creative suit seems to work fine though...
I am at my parets house now, and there is where I keep my old licences, so Im hoping to grab one of the old photoshops before I go back. So Im hoping to finish my requests soon and then do some new pieces... but right now im dry.

So... my question to you all is: Have you had similar problems with your ps cs3 programs? Can my problem be because of Vista x64 or perhaps that virus/virus removar messed it up?!?... Any other ideas would be helpful as well...

Merry x-mas to You, and may Santa bring you some fresh wacom pen tips.

McRage,

I'm sure that's all certainly possible. One of my designers has had FITS with Dreamweaver CS3 and had reinstalled it a half dozen times. He also ended up reinstalling windows at least twice now.

As for me... I think I'll be sticking with Mac from this point forward.

I hope you get it all sorted, have a Merry Christmas McRage!

Merry Christmas folks,

And I have never had problems with Photoshop... but then I do not use cs3 or anything (Photoshop 7).
